If I could rate 0 stars I would, had a reservation confirmed for pick up a 9pm. Their hours were confirmed to me by a Budget call center to be 9-11 pm and we had to wait over an hour for an attendant to never show up. Meanwhile at least 4 other people showed up looking to rent a car only to leave in frustration when no one is there.
