Didn’t provide all necessary information drove all the way to Monroeville to rent a car and they said they couldn’t rent a car to someone with an out of state license. No laws in PA I’ve found state this , awful service

We prepaid for our rental on Dec 1st and they charges us a 2nd time on our card after returning the vehicle. Its still posted to our card a week later.

This is an avis/budget duo location but the desk is one business. The agents yelled at us and ignored us when we tried to rent a car. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITES OR APPS THE CARS ARE ALL CHECKED OUT BY UBER DRIVERS

I went to pickup a rental that I had booked several days in advance and was informed that there were no cars available. The location didn’t bother to call me prior to my arrival. Instead of calling before I arrived, the location waited until I got there to pick up my vehicle, pretended to look at my reservation on a blank piece of paper, and then notified me that there were no cars.
