My reservation was at 8:00 AM. The office manager did not show up until 8:30. I was waiting outside for 30 minutes (an Uber dropped me off) in 15 degree weather. I called the number posted and there was no answer. When woman arrived she was rude and did not apologize for her lateness. Never again

Carl is terrific! So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I would rent from this location exclusively if possible as it is the best rental car experience I’ve had in a long time!

Have used this location so many times coming home to visit and heading back to NYC. They are so flexible, helpful, and have such great customer service! Have an upcoming reservation and my schedule changed and they were so accommodating even during the busy summer months. My go to!
