Mostly good experiences here but I got charged $60 for fuel when I returned it full.
My reservation was at 8:00 AM. The office manager did not show up until 8:30. I was waiting outside for 30 minutes (an Uber dropped me off) in 15 degree weather. I called the number posted and there was no answer. When woman arrived she was rude and did not apologize for her lateness. Never again
Returned a car here from JFK. Was given some good tips to better manage the experience next time. Friendly and very helpful, while working to save me money. Thanks!
