When we got the car, it was filthy, I couldn't see through the windshield, the windshield washer fluid was empty, so I had to pay to fill it myself. It had an odor (like mild marijuana), the oil needed to be changed and the car desperately needed to be serviced (it pulled like it was in an accident or needed an alignment). We only accepted it because it was their only car. There were 3 employees sitting there and they had no cars, but no one could clean this car? I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental experience. I specifically reserved and paid for a minivan because our group consisted of 5 adults, 2 children, and luggage for an 11-hour trip. When I arrived, I was told that my minivan was unavailable and I was given a Mazda CX-90 instead. I was assured that it was considered an “upgrade” by Budget/Avis standards. Reserved a totally different car a week ago. The day of they dont have that. Didn't discount us or nothing. We wanted the trunk space of the car we Reserved not a Toyota corolla
