I rented a car for Saturday 8/30/25 pick up at 3pm. When i got to the door it was locked and i looked at my watch and it was 3:01pm. Shakell came to the door and said that he shuts his computer down at three. I said well why would they allow me to make a reservation at three if you shut down your system at three. Nevertheless i left without a car and i had driven from Gainesville Florida. I had to make another reservation and go back to Gainesville to pick up my car the next day from the airport. The new manager is fantastic!! Extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Hands down only place I will rent from going forward!!
