I am very disappointed in budget first of all when I received the car it was dirty had bugs all over the front of the vehicle and during the process of doing the paperwork I was never told about putting the vehicle thru the wash. Seeing as it was dirty when I received it budget took my whole deposit it was a so called detailing fee. Reserved a vehicle and picked it up for a 7 week rental, Feburary 17th. Spoke to Seng and completed all the paperwork. We walked out to the vehicle, covered with road salt and was filthy inside and out. Asked him why the car wasn't cleaned prior to my rental. He stated it was too cold. Gave me the keys and that was it. No explanation of the electronics or anything about the car. I had to have the interior detailed, didn't want to sit in the vehicle due to the filth. Rented a car to pick up a family member at an airport about an hour away. They took my payment immediately and a bit later sent an email confirmation. Next day 30 minutes before my pick up I got a message saying they have no cars. Once called back I got one of the rudest workers with no answers just a sorry call customer service and they can help once u give ALL your information again. Why?
