Watch out!!! This place is a scam! We were late 1h for pick up and they gave away our car stranding us in Sheboygan. And Budget customer service was no help at all.
Manager was great to work with here, he is ALWAYS smiling!
Reserved a vehicle 3 weeks early. Arrived at the pickup time and was told “we don’t have a vehicle here for you; sorry”. I asked to take a different one that was on the lot and available and was told “No that’s a higher class”. The rep offered no resolution until I pushed multiple times. Tried calling the 800-number; however they also did not help stating “our computers have been down for 3 days so we can’t do anything in customer service”. Update: Rory- Thanks for reaching out.
