This is my first time renting the Budget and Randall made the experience so easy for me. He truly exhibited above and beyond customer service during the check in and drop off process.
Reserved, paid on line, and received reservation confirmation text only to receive a phone call saying no vehicles were available. Lied and took my money that will take them days to reimburse me. Pay the extra and use another rental company. Budget sucks!
Just go to enterprise, it’s not worth saving 20 dollars when enterprise makes the experience 100 times better. The local office is just there to give and take the keys. They seem nice but not truly helpful. Company’s customer service should be on a training course on how not to handle situations.
Ppl are very friendly, they go above and beyond to help! Car was very clean, full gas tank and not a min trouble! 10 out of 10!
