Why would u let a car rental reservation go thru and not have a vehicle. Paid to uber there and when arrived at opening they told me they would not have anything til noon if that. Could canceled it or. Not let happen or called to tell me. Wasted money for nothing

Registered for vehicle and paid a week ahead of time. Did same day check in process expecting to pick up vehicle but there was a request for additional 250 deposit.....no problem....however my credit card had daughters name on it and had to cancel the whole reservation.......on phone for an hour so far to initiate cancelation process. I'll let you know how it goes.

If you enjoy being stranded, this rental company would be a great fit. Currently 13 hours from home with a rental that won’t start. Budget was of no help. They wanted us to drive 1.5 hours with a car that needed repeated jumping and having electrical problems. Well it won’t start now at all. Other minor issues were the washer fluid was empty when we picked it up, the tubes disconnected and tire pressure much lower on one tire. Never ever again.
