Amazing service!!
Kyle is rude and unprofessional he lied stated I rented 3 times from them and had bad interactions with him and only rented twice and the last time I had a bad interaction with him in which he didn't communicate with the corporate to see that I extended the vehicle out so upon returning the vehicle he tried to charge my card 1300.00 and I had to call corporate who made my rental free and refunded me my money but I had a rental set for Monday and he called me to inform me I'm on the do not rent list all because the last time ... read more
Great , Service
I called and spoke to an employee named Kyle yesterday and he said bring ID and Credit Card. I get there and he won't take my visa from Citibank because it's a debit card. I'm like omg I need this rental, what other methods of payment can be used, he said only an ACTUAL Credit Card- I'm like this is my bank card linked directly to my account - your taking a $200 deposit , why do you care about where it comes from. It was a HUGE inconvenience and waste of time.
I rented there twice and each time the car was filthy as hell. The chunky white guy "Franchisee" has a snarky attitude but tries to down play it. No directions on where to park the vehicle when returning it. Just a poorly ran operation. I will go to the airport or other locations for my rental needs.
