Extremely unprofessional. Definitely will rent from someone else next time
I rented a car on a Friday that was due back Sunday. First, the guy in the office told me he had one I could have, but it hadn't been detailed yet. There was trash all over the interior, not just the fact it wasn't vacuumed out. Secondly, I told him I might need it longer than Sunday. He said it wouldn't be an issue. Just use the app or contact customer service over the weekend to modify the appointment. On Sunday, I went online to extend my rental. It kept giving me an error and told me to call customer service.
