Change the price of the rental in the middle of the rental. Told me that I could have switch the card upon return which was not true

Online was service was fraudulent and total was not accurate on what’s at the lot. We drove 40 minutes after reserving a van to just get told that the website is inaccurate and we have to pick a totally different vehicle a truck, that was either mechanically deficient or one that will cost an astronomical amount more in gas. Customer service was blunt and uncaring to be expected with what I described from everything below.

We have rented vehicles from the Janesville Budget location for many years and historically had positive experiences. However, over the past two years, our experience has declined significantly. On both occasions, we did not receive the vehicle we reserved despite booking months in advance. Last year, we reserved a minivan but were given a mid-size SUV.
