Great staff and about as good as a neighborhood Budget location can be. Clean, newer cars. They were very helpful in getting an issue resolved quickly that the corporate customer service offered no help or explanation on. I do not recommend Budget as my first choice in a rental company due to there “mystery fees” that always are charged after the rental is completed, but I highly recommend this location!
I had a 2.35 toll charge in Colorado and he charged me a 14.99 "convenience fee".
Computers were down and check in took forever.
My initial interaction with employees was good! Customer service at the location was good! However I asked for an suv and got stuck in a minivan! I communicated with corporate they didn’t seem to care! I was told there were none available but if that’s the case I should not have been able to reserve one! I also left some nice shoes in the van and haven’t gotten them back! I would give five stars to local but overall only two stars!
