Rented a truck from Tampa, FL area and drove it up to Kansas City, MO. We had a miserable time dealing with Budget Rental Company down in Florida, but man, the two gentlemen I encountered working up here turned our experience around. The first was Aaron from the Corporate Inventory Team out in Colorado. He assisted my wife and I to get a truck after the fiasco in Florida.
