Bad experience with budget rental car. Budget cannot fulfill my request that I made two months ago. Dustin called me last minute that the SUV was not ready for pick up. I had a business trip scheduled, so I had to cancel. Very disappointed!
Great staff and about as good as a neighborhood Budget location can be. Clean, newer cars. They were very helpful in getting an issue resolved quickly that the corporate customer service offered no help or explanation on. I do not recommend Budget as my first choice in a rental company due to there “mystery fees” that always are charged after the rental is completed, but I highly recommend this location!
I had a 2.35 toll charge in Colorado and he charged me a 14.99 "convenience fee".
Computers were down and check in took forever.
