This company straight up ROBBED me. NEVER!!! rent from them. Their systems were down for over 24 hours and due to their issues. My car was turned in late and they refused to return the $82.88 fee. Now they face a law suit. Look me up.. and perhaps enough people we due a class action. And put them out of business. The phone conversation i had with them went no where and they just don't care.
We returned the car one hour before the flight. The flight was delayed and then canceled leaving us stranded in Roswell. In Roswell you don't just book another flight because only 3 planes leave there per day and they are always full. We went to the counter and asked to rent back the car we had just returned. She was very understanding and very accommodating. Since she had a bunch of people to check in from the incoming flight I stepped back and got to watch her deal with various people. My flight was delayed so I had the rental for one extra hour (I called in and they had an automated message saying that they knew the flight was delayed and I wouldnt be charged, which turned out to not be true and they charged me). When I brought the car in, the agent was busy and asked me to leave the keys in the dropbox. Two hours later, she logged my rental in and charged me for the extra hours that it took her to log it in! NOT RECOMMENDED CHARGE ME MORE THAN SUPPOSED TO AND MY REFUND HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED ITS BEEN A WEEK AND NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE
