My flight was delayed so I had the rental for one extra hour (I called in and they had an automated message saying that they knew the flight was delayed and I wouldnt be charged, which turned out to not be true and they charged me). When I brought the car in, the agent was busy and asked me to leave the keys in the dropbox. Two hours later, she logged my rental in and charged me for the extra hours that it took her to log it in! NOT RECOMMENDED CHARGE ME MORE THAN SUPPOSED TO AND MY REFUND HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED ITS BEEN A WEEK AND NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE
