Raman at the Cranbrook Airport Budget location, is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way each and every time we've rented vehicles from this location. Honestly, in the day and age were apathy seems to run rampant and the lack of effort seems to not be put in; she is the exception. Thank you!!

Convenient location right at the airport and easy, fast service to pick up the car. Received a Nissan Versa, great fuel-efficient car. Friendly customer service - before leaving, I accidentally popped the hood to the car and didn't know how to close it. Staff came out to help me with my issue. After-hours key drop-off available and very much appreciated. Would rent from here again for another road trip.

I can't say enough good about Ryan and his team in Cranbrook. At least 3 times now they have gone out of their way, from extensions and upgrades and help when my mom passed to driving me to town when I booked from the wrong location. I've rented there multiple times and highly recommend. Real people and flexible.

Had this interaction months ago , just have not had time to post due to my schedule. I commend the staff for putting up with working here . I was talking to a male staff member at the airport and they are supposedly extending the hours to 9-9:30pm. They are only getting one 30 minute break for the whole 12.5 hour shift ! I would give one star but the service from the staff member was still good , I just want to bring attention to this issue .
