We encountered a scam booking a rental car, and Ryan the manager was extremely understanding and helpful in arranging alternate plans. He went above and beyond when the third party scam wasn’t his company’s fault.

Easy to book, very nice Malibu car, costs from airport worth the difference when cab to Cranbrook equal costs difference to rent in town. Plus unlimited Kms.

Raman at the Cranbrook Airport Budget location, is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way each and every time we've rented vehicles from this location. Honestly, in the day and age were apathy seems to run rampant and the lack of effort seems to not be put in; she is the exception. Thank you!!

Convenient location right at the airport and easy, fast service to pick up the car. Received a Nissan Versa, great fuel-efficient car. Friendly customer service - before leaving, I accidentally popped the hood to the car and didn't know how to close it. Staff came out to help me with my issue. After-hours key drop-off available and very much appreciated. Would rent from here again for another road trip.
