Reserved a rental truck 2 weeks in advance and was given two confirmation emails, the day before and the day of pickup. When we went to pick it up, they said "oh we don't have any trucks. Haven't had any in awhile." Didn't really seem like he wanted to help and did something about it after we told him we were moving across states the next day and needed it asap. Rented a truck 2 months in advance, got called 2 hours before pickup time to be told they don’t have a pickup truck for me. But they were sorry And I can get my refund to two or three days

used this location twice . Paid in advance and two day before leaving, they cancelled my reservation. Stated they did not have my vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! Don't know if I will get my refund in time to try to book at a different location. The guy is EXTREMELY RUDE . We called customer service two weeks prior and explained what happened last time and they told us not to worry that they would make sure we have our vehicle. HORRIBLE Company

We decided to try a different car rental company for our vacation this year because the company we usually use no longer offers unlimited mileage. The car they were originally going to rent to us had been previously used by a heavy smoker. It was horrible. We waited and got another one that was disgustingly filthy. I wouldn't even sit on the seats till we cleaned it. I didn't realize Budget meant that the cars were trashed. We also filled up the tank and they charged our credit card for a tank of gas.
