If you're lucky enough to arrive on the one incoming flight of the day that's during their open hours, getting your car is a breeze and the sole staffer is super friendly. Returning is even easier, however be sure to check your receipt carefully. I was charged for fuel even though I had filled up on my way. The rigamaroll with multiple phone calls to corporate, because this location NEVER answers the phone, to get it credited took even more time than I used the rental car, itself.
I had a terrible experience with Budget at the Pasco Airport location. When we picked up our rental car at 5:05 PM on December 26, 2024, we specifically asked the agent multiple times if we could return it at 5:00 PM the next day at the Walla Walla Airport to match the 24-hour rental period. The agent assured us repeatedly that it was fine and refused to adjust the agreement, even when we asked her to.
