Thank you to DERRICK! I got there, was processed in, briefly went over rental details, costs, etc and was out with my rental in less than 20mins. The man was answering the phones, walking people out to their rentals and still had a smile on his face while helping the front counter! The customer service was THAT!! I’ll be back!
Incompetent manager, they charged me twice and they don't take responsibility. The worst service. Don't rent cars here or with Budget. Customer service never answered. I'm still waiting for my refund. Scammers!!!!!!
