The staff at this location are exceptional!! both efficient and genuinely kind. I truly appreciated their patience and the personal attention they provided throughout the process. I have rented from here twice now and the vehicles are clean and run great with no issues. I would highly recommend this as your first choice for car rental in the area.
We rented an SUV from Budget in Arkansas for our July 4th trip and a family wedding in the Philadelphia area. After arriving, we noticed that the front tires did not appear safe enough for us to continue driving, especially with such a long journey ahead. Great service was very helpfull
Whenever I venture to the East Coast from California, which is at least three times a year, part of my journey is the Berwyn Avis Budget car grab. Warm, friendly folks, hot coffee, hot cocoa, and professionalism to boot. So if you’re on the East Coast or the West Coast stop in, treat yourself. Tell him, Zeus Set you. Get yourself a beautiful ride with a warm personality to match!
Took so long for us to get our rental which is absolutely ridiculous. Our car should’ve been ready at 9am but we didn’t get it until 10am. The customer service was awful and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Go anywhere else.
