Excellent customer service! The rental car I got from the Philadelphia Airport Budget location after over an hour wait was a mess. The car was filthy, smelled of cigarette and cannabis smoke but they didn’t have any others available so I took it hoping to exchange it later. The warning light went off driving on the interstate and the panel showed one tire was dangerously overinflated and another under inflated so I took it to the nearest Budget location, Berwyn PA. The managers were great, they didn’t have any cars available... read more
