Best customer service hands down! Needed a rental for work but, I needed it ASAP. I called to see if it could be ready by the time I arrived an it was clean and ready to go. Thank you Budget team! Will definitely be coming back again!!!!!

I made the mistake of renting from this location on their ADVERTISED CARCATION PROMOTION. My expected total on this promotion was $138. I called and spoke to the manager and requested the cost to keep the car two more days. She said $54. When I returned the car, the bobblehead clerk at the desk voided my carcation promotion and charged me full price so I spent $377 for four days!!
