We rent a car from the airport. Once we got to our destination, we found out that the key fob was not working correctly even after we put in a new battery. We called the location on Bear Hill in Berwyn. The owner was very helpful and nice. We were able to get the car there and he exchanged it for one of the cars he had on his lot. We were so happy not to have to drive all the way back to the airport!!

For identification, it was a Monday around noon. The employee who handled my rental was an African American man, middle aged, approximately 6 feet tall, with a thin build and short hair that was beginning to grey. I genuinely don’t know how someone can be this useless at handling such a simple situation. My rental agreement said the tank was full. I walked out to the car and it was half full. I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help. The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely.
