Horrible experience all around. I booked my car online proceeded to call the Stores number after I booked In order to make sure payment at the location would be fine. Whenever I got to the location, no cars were available for me to use and they say they likely wouldn’t have any more available for a week. Wasting my time and money as I had to Uber up there and Uber back home. However, a “regular” that was also at the location was still getting assistance and likely got a car. Some of the people who work at this location gave me a really hard time. They didn't know how to do basic elements of their job and were rude and condescending throughout. Have had good experience with budget in general but these individuals really made things very difficult.
