I was arguably treated the worst I have EVER been treated at this Budget location. The gentleman behind the desk was rude, short, and EXTREMELY accusatory and seemed more interested in fighting than answering my questions. He seemed like he was drunk or high or something, he got so escalated at one point that he snatched my paperwork and crumpled it up and THREW IT AT MY HEAD. I ended up having to call Budget law enforcement, they opened a case against him and hopefully he will be fired!! The name calling by him was unreal.
So unhelpful, so rude!!! Hung up on me!!! Absolutely terrible service.
I had a fantastic experience with this Budget Car Rental location. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Greg was especially helpful. He made everything effortless, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I was on the road in no time. The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained, which made the drive even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional service. I’ll definitely be using Budget location again!
Do I even have to give a one star? I booked this trip months ago for my family. The flight went great to Cincinnati. My family went over to Budget and waited in line for 1 hour and 1/2 to be told they are out of cars and they were since last night. Umm, why no call or email from Budget or Expedia to let us know? Oh, only on Tuesdays they run out of cars. If you have known this, why not get more cars? Why give away a car that has been paid for?
