The manager at this location who is the head manager needs to be fired I have a recording of him as well of his behavior so there would be no getting by with the behavior issue
Did not have the car that was confirmed Didn't offer free upgrade Clerk. Did not know how to process anything Do not rent here.
Linda, Mar & Amber were extremely helpful and kind at the Galbraith location. The website allowed me to make a booking a week in advance at another location downtown Cincinnati that didn’t have the vehicle available at the last minute. They helped make the frustrating situation much more manageable! I sure hope Budget appreciate these employees and the several customer service people I had to speak to make sure my initial rate was honored and the folks who had to manage the situation due to administrative problems.
I had a reservation here that I had made more than 24 hours ahead and was told “we’re sold out” upon arrival. No apology either. Really pathetic way of doing business honestly.
I had another great experience at this Budget/Avis location. Mar and Londa were outstanding today. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping. Mar, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond for us on multiple visits, making sure everything is smooth and that we’re taken care of. This level of customer service is rare. It’s why I keep coming back. Huge thanks to Mar and Londa for the continued top-notch service.
