I would recommend renting anywhere else and paying the extra. Mgmt. has no loyalty to returning customers and WILL send you to the 1800 number before they lift a finger for you. Especially Elyiot the manager of this location. Was charged almost 2x my rate for being 9 minutes past my agreement and told to go call “customer service” if I have a problem. I’m telling you rent elsewhere
Everything seemed fine until I got my cc statement where they charged me 1035.90 for my 2 day rental! I never received any notification, no phone call, no reason, no additional inspection report, the car was returned in perfect condition, with exactly 70% charge like they had requested, my bill was supposed to be 120.00 plus tax... I hope they see this and attempt to make it right. I can't believe such a large company is openly ripping so many people off this way!
Clean good running car
The ways that this company has lied to me is ridiculous. Don’t rent from here. Just don’t. They finally told me after weeks of run around I will not be getting my security deposit back. They’ve lied about the time and location that I returned the car to so that they can get away with it. I’ll be going to the bbb. Also, everyone there seems to be in a management position… wild. Liars. All of them.
