Very nice people and always good customer service
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience with the Budget Rental location in Aberdeen. When we picked up our rental, the car was noticeably dirty inside. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, and we ended up wiping it down ourselves before starting our trip. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, but she didn't apologize or even acknowledge what I said. If that's the standard, it really needs to change because customers shouldn't have to clean a rental car before driving it. ... read more
Watch out for their "standard miscellaneous charge" of $300 on every rental "It's out standard cleaning policy". I cleaned the car before returning it but they found two grains of sand on a back seat which took their cleaner all of 10 minutes to vacuum. Also be sure to photograph, with date and time stamped, any damages or dings around the car before driving away.
The car received was dirty inside and out. Would not recommend!
