BEWARE OF SCAM! We rented a vehicle May 2024 and were overcharged by $400 due to the front desk agent adding on extra insurance coverage AFTER we stated we did not need it. I called the 'manager' and they refused to look into it and refund it. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere!
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE. BUDGET DOES NOT HAVE A DESK AT THE SOUTH TERMINAL. IF YOU BOOK ONLINE YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE MAIN TERMINAL.
This rental location is permanently closed. I lost an hour of my life taking the shuttle there and back. Apparently all rental cars left South terminal during Covid and have not come back. If you do decide to take the shuttle that goes once every 30 mins, you can confirm with the driver that the location is indeed closed. For some strange reason Budget (and National) continue to offer rentals from here. I ended up heading to the main location by international terminal.
