Budget car rentals at Rhinelander are the best! They were quick, pleasant and made me feel like my business was appreciated! Athena, the agent at the desk was extremely helpful and made the experience a no fuss transaction. Thank you Athena and Budget!
At the time of pick-up, we were informed that we would be charged for a tank of gas. I'm sure it is their coverage so they aren't filling up all the vehicles, but it wasn't mentioned when I booked it. The guy explained the $91 would be refunded when we returned the vehicle with a full tank, so it wasn't a big deal. We returned the vehicle a day early with a full tank 2 weeks ago and have not yet been refunded the $91.

Excellent service, got great car and they had it warmed it up for me and parked close by when I arrived on a very cold day. Mainly though, this location is open when flights arrive and depart, which is the main thing!
