Great rental car and great service. Will definitely use again!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made a reservation to pick up a car at 0730. Arrive at 0750. The have no cars available. Customer Rep at the desk was extremely and the manager was as well.
Had a reservation for 9am to pick up a vehicle. I get there at 9 and they tell me that they don’t have a vehicle ready for me. They told me to come back at 11am that they will get one from Montgomery for me. I show back up at 11am, the door is locked with no one there and no one would answer the phone. Why would you tell someone to come back at a time when no one is going to be there? Absolutely terrible business practice.
