I had many questions for Becca today and she handled them all politely and with professionalism and she got the job done quickly. Truly a pleasurable experience.
Stupidest rental spot you can possibly try to go with in this area. Do not bother with Budget or Avis. Absolutely ridiculous policies with no answers or clarification on why those policies are in place. Whatever you do, DO NO book with a debit card.
I had a great experience here with an amazing agent, Bekah. We reserved an intermediate size car, but unfortunately all they had was SUVs. She noticed my husband's hesitation for it because we don't care for them and we're doing a road trip. She was able to quickly get us into a Mazda3 that was just dropped off, which absolutely made off trip more enjoyable!
Aaron is fantastic. His second in command, Liz, who misrepresents herself as the manager is terrible. Car problems and even worst trying to resolve them with her.
