I had a noon reservation on a Saturday, I arrived a bit early, but was seen quickly. I interacted with the woman at the desk, I completed necessary documents and gave payment info and also interacted with a gentleman (Angel) and he completed the inspection to record the condition, gave me a clean vehicle, freshly washed interior and exterior and full tank of gas. Just like others, the dreaded happened to me. I returned the car on time (7.30am), spoke to the customer service agent, and was told to leave the car there. I check my email in the afternoon, lo and behold, they check my car in at 11.30am, and charge me an additional day. What's going on? I really can't understand why they do this to so many people.
Don’t believe their hours on any third party site. This location doesn’t open until 7:00 AM. Plenty of staff around at 6:30 AM, but no one will help you until 7:00. Avoid this location, if possible.
He refused to allow the service dog inside. What made this worse was the staff’s lack of understanding and unwillingness to correct the mistake when informed.
