The most horrible place to rent a car. The interaction became a shouting match.
I was scammed. I rented the cheapest option to get a car from here. When I picked it up, the car hadany obvious dents and was badly damaged, but I didn't care since it was so cheap. I filmed a video of the car before taking it luckily but they still claimed that literally all of the major damage, like major grill, bumper, and dents on the side of the car, we're done by me during the like hour long drive to the airport. Absolute crooks dont rent from here.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They are running an insurance scam. I rented and returned a car in the same condition I picked it up. 2 months later I received a letter claiming that the vehicle had been in an accident and I was responsible for over $2000 in damage.
Everything was smooth. Michael was polite and attentive, and even gave me an upgrade! The office is open all week, which is convenient when you need to drop off the rental on a Sunday.
