Super friendly and quick at service.
Had a reservation for pickup at noon on a Sunday. Showed up at noon and the store was closed. A worker saw us standing outside and proceeded to do her closing process. After waiting outside for about 10 minutes, the lady comes out and says she can't help us because she's already set the alarm. Why is this location accepting pickup times at noon if they close at noon? My family had planned a trip and needed the rental van to accommodate all of our belongings for the trip. STAY AWAY!! Arrived to pick up van that was booked and confirmed at 12 on the dot. Was told sorry, we don't have any more vans Budget overbooked. No accountability from the "owner" of the place, budget says we found you a van 2 hrs away but it will cost 700$ additional to the 500$ you booked for! Totally screwed now and nothing available anywhere. Will also lose tonight's air b n b cost so another 350 bucks I am out due to poor business and straight fraudulent bookings.
I rented a truck for a day (24 hours). I brought it back after 3 HOURS and the lady tried to charge me a $20.00 after hours fee because I told her I would only use it for a few hours. But i PAID for a full day. Then she dropped the $20 fee off but acted like she was doing me a favor (screw you). Then she proceeded to charge me twice, refused to fix it immediately and said don't worry it will fall off. She also made me sign the damages form without walking out with me and looking it over.
