Praise to David J. in the Frazer, PA location! The only bright spot of our trip to NY over the weekend of June 27-28th is an employee by the name of David J. (no last name for obvious reasons) David is the manager of the Budget location at 477 Lancaster Ave. Frazer, PA. He helped me immensely with an issue I encountered during my trip to NY. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Staff was very polite and outgoing. In particular, David was extremely helpful. Found me the best deal in a very nice vehicle. Big shout out to him.
I started to rent vehicles from this Budget location in late 2025. On each occasion I have dealt with the manager, Dave. I feel he deserves kudos for the consistent professionalism, courteousness, and efficiency he has demonstrated during each transaction.
