Very helpful and friendly staff in Duncan. Explained everything thoroughly, including insurance coverage differences. This was very important to me. Great car. Ride back to accommodation afterwards. Definitely rent here again.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. What really shocked me was they didn’t even let me park my own car on the lot while picking up the rental. I was told to “figure it out myself” and ended up wasting time driving around looking for parking. When I asked for help, the staff acted like I was a burden.
