I’ve had my best car rental experience with Budget. They gave me a new car (2025), Genesis G70, smooth, modern, comfortable, elegant, and most importantly reliable. Dealing with the agent was very quick, smooth, and easy. Took me less than 5 minutes to take the car and to return it. Even less. Very recommended!
Tim at the Berkeley Budget Rental on Milvia and Kitteridge was wonderful. We originally were given a pickup truck at SFO since that’s all they had available. My husband is not comfortable driving that for a whole week. Tim helped us exchange our rental for a small jeep, much easier to drive and made my son’s vacation fun and exciting!
