I reserved a minivan months ago, but just a couple of days before my pickup date, I got a call saying they had no vans because they were on recall. They suggested I rent one from Budget at the airport, which apparently wasn’t on recall, but of course, it was about $200 more. Never again.
We were so impressed with the services and follow up that were provided at this site. They worked with us quickly to get a vehicle. They were able to extend our services as we had an unexpected plan. They communicated easily with us and even after leaving items in the vehicle worked with us to get them back such a respectful company that could’ve just denied us so many opportunities.
I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the manager at this branch. Helped me out in a pickle. He’s good at his job and is a good chat to boot.
I walked in already carrying the weight of the world and a dead car. Watch out they will charge you extra even if you are half hour late. Dropped off the rental like 30 mins late and obviously they were closed and charged me extra. I would stay away from them. Never had any issues with Enterprise. Will not be going back there again.
