Watch out they will charge you extra even if you are half hour late. Dropped off the rental like 30 mins late and obviously they were closed and charged me extra. I would stay away from them. Never had any issues with Enterprise. Will not be going back there again.

When I booked it online, it didn't say anything about needing a credit card,deposit, & utility bill. He blamed it on the 3rd party but I feel it's still on them to make customers aware of those details before getting dropped off to get vehicle. And to top it off, the 40$ I paid is non refundable, they made 40$ for absolutely nothing. I wonder how many times a day they screw over people booking thru 3rd party?
