Easy check-in and check-out. All instructions and explanations were clear, and there was no wait time.
Arrived at Greensboro airport Budget rental counter at the confirmed time for my confirmed reservation to be told “ oh we don’t have any cars ready so it will be 45 minutes to an hour”. Of course I will be an hour late leaving. What absolute BS!!!
Ellie is amazing at her job. She goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Very refreshing and you all are lucky to have someone like her on your team.
Where to begin. I reserved a car LAST December. Paid for it. A full size car. Received several emails from Budget to let me know my rental was available. When I get to Budget to pick up the car. No vehicle available. 1.5 hrs later, the vehicle PAID for is still not available. Was forced to take a vehicle I DEFINITELY did not want. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING from Budget. They will screw you and then, as the manager last night said, "It's all we have. Take it or leave it." Don't worry Budget. Never again. NEVER AGAIN.
Far too many hidden fees and each time customer service was called, we got different answers. This is why Enterprise is getting most of the business.
