STRANDED IN PA Please have a manager call me! Car was picked up with low psi on driver rear tire. Also very dinged up and dirty. The driver’s seat is also ripping. I have pictures. I filled the tire up to PSI 40 immediately. I drove it for a day and the psi is ba k down to 28. It is a Saturday in Ephrata, PA. So upset. My flight was 3.5 hrs late. They made me pay for another rental and I got no refund. I even booked with my Advantage card. Do not book with Budget. And yes, I provided all information and they did not refund me. Poor, poor service!

Overall, I cannot recommend Budget at this location. The service counter is poorly managed and not prepared for the volume of cars they rent. There are long slow lines with poor attitudes of the agents. We requested a car seat (which was needed for us) and they were unable to coordinate this but didn’t tell us until we arrived. We were discounted on our car due to the car seat shenanigans but they didn’t refund the money as we had prepaid online. I had to call and escalate the refund which is still pending. I cannot recommend this budget for your needs. I was in Harrisburg last month on a business trip and a snowstorm hit—while the weather itself wasn’t the problem, I couldn’t drive out of the hotel with only 3 inches of snow on the ground because the rental car Budget provided had very low tire tread. The attached photo shows the condition they allowed. Completely unsafe.
