Reserved a cargo van for moving a couple weeks in advance. The morning we were supposed to pick it up they told us it was being picked up from another location. 2 hrs later they called us to tell us there was no cargo van or any moving truck available🤬. Spent 30 min with 3 people calling every uhaul/moving truck business in the area to fix their mistake. Update: corporate took care of me very well.
