1st car was in bad shape, window button broken, looks like it was on a collision and tires were not properly inflated. Had to return it. 2nd car stinks like a crack house, smaller, and dirty. They didn't give me other option. I'll need to go to a different rental place.
Inconvenient off-airport location, infrequent and slow shuttle service. Once you finally arrive, the place is grungy, run down, overcrowded, understaffed, and wildly disorganized. They can't tell if they actually have the car you reserved in advance, and if they don't have it, you're stuck having wasted over an hour to get to them and find that out. NEVER rent a car with this company. They charge you triple the amount of what you booked. And say there’s nothing they can do about it. They just charge it from your bank account. I normally don’t write reviews, but this is criminal.
Seble was great!!! She was extremely polite and professional.
Filthy car given to me...and it had a pervasive marijuana smell. The facility is tiny, tucked closely to an overpass and the wait times are long!
