Best rental car experience I've had to date!
Not only does it close early, but beware of any early morning flights you may have. No drop box for the keys during a return, they block the parking lot, and no workers at all
Budget upgraded me into a VW Atlas. Needed training on the all-digital controls. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, however it rode as rough as my truck...maybe rougher. Easy pickup but tough drop due to the 270° turn and impossible to see entrance. The shuttle service to DCA was fast and easy. I'd rent again.
It is not part of airport group the pick location is not the same place and not marked very well.
Exceptional service! The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. They provided me with a great vehicle, and the entire rental process was smooth and timely. I highly recommend them.
