My experience was terrible. Agreement number xxxxx. I rented a vehicle and returned it. 2 weeks later I received a letter from them to return the vehicle or face prosecution. I called them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people telling them it was returned. They said they would take care of it. They didn't. 4 weeks later I received a call and visit from my local police department, Budget was trying to complete a stolen vehicle report. It was deemed nothing was stolen case closed. I picked up the car around 11:45pm and I had issues with the representative not knowing the policy and advising me I couldn't rent the car . I had to correct him and advise what your policy states online for one . Secondly when getting into the vehicle the next day when the sun is out and you can see the inside of the vehicle it was not cleaned at all . For covid purposes I would think it would be mandatory to clean the car as thorough as possible prior to a new customer operating the vehicle. There was a sticky like residue... read more
