Plane came in an hour late and we were picked up by a cheerful driver.
Ryan was very friendly and went above and beyond to help. Excellent car rentals. 100%would recommend.

First day of our vacation, on our way to Kelowna. We broke down in Creston. Travelled back to Cranbrook to rent a vehicle as we had a blown engine. Cannot say enough good things about the Customer Service Rep Tanya. She was fantastic getting us into the right vehicle to continue our trip. When we need to extend the date of the rental Tanya and Ryan were there again to help us out. Budget is very fortunate to have these 2 representing their company!
