Terrible customer service. Traveled to a different province as a lone female. Ended up with a flat tire on my first full day. Approximately 6:30 pm on a Sunday night. Took 20 minutes to get through to Road Side Assistance who said they will send someone to put the "spare" on. ETA on this was 90 minutes. Luckily the service guy showed up within half and hour and changed the tire, which was NOT a full sized tire. I was given no further instruction. Awful company. Rented a car from them at 12 pm, left and drove over an hour from 1 - 2 pm only to be told they have no vehicles. You couldn't have told me that in the 2 hours from when I rented until I got there? Not only that, but the lady behind the desk was stuck up and didn't even have the back bone give me the information herself, instead she called some guy on the phone and had him tell me. What a joke. I'll be writing into their head office as well.

Avoid! Do not book on the website bc you will waste your gas. Do not call because they never call you back. Will be calling Budget Headoffice.

Had an online booking for noon on Saturday. Arrived in Hannover, place was closed and I was stranded all weekend in a snowstorm. Did not answer phones, online said they were open. Allowed me to make reservations.
