The manager at the jasper budget was very helpful. I had a rental from Edmonton airport and we needed help amending the agreement to add on an additional driver. Fast courteous and friendly. My daughter lives and works in jasper and I’ll definitely be using budget again given my experience

Make sure to check you contract closely before signing anything at this location. I made a reservation online and the base rate was listed as $287.54 but when they printed out the contract it was increased to $469.99 with no explanation/notice at the time. The representative didn’t say anything about the increase to the base rate and when I called Budget afterward to note the discrepancy, they stated that a parameter of the reservation had changed because the supplemental protection was added.
