The staff was very friendly when picking up and returning the car. The car on the other hand was dirty on the inside and windshield had a crack in it and was filthy on the inside , I did not have time to deal with the issues as it was very late and I had to rush to the hospital. I was expecting a clean car with no damage. I am unsure if I will rent from budget in the future
