Good brand new cars.
We booked a car online when our SUV suddenly broke down on us on Christmas Eve. Got a brand new Toyota Prius 2025 with just over 2,000 km. Nice, clean, and drove amazing.
Reserved a car online, unfortunately when I got there I was unable to secure a car as I only had my credit card on my phone. I am a solo female backpacker , I had all my belongings with me and nowhere to go and I was quite rattled not being able to get around the island (public transport is limited there) and when I asked if I could use the phone to call a taxi she wouldn’t allow me. Basic common courtesy and politeness missing. Had to go walk the streets and ask someone to borrow a phone as my one was not working.
We hired a hybrid car online. The pricing was clear. Insurance options were made available to us at the desk, which were reassuring. The vehicle was pristine, and after a full inspection we were happy to go off on our little trip. Plenty of space in the car park to get used to the controls etc. There's a gas station next door, so you can fill up before dropping off. Paperwork was explained well by staff that were attentive and courteous.
Friendly service and very grateful that they could help me with short notice.
