I was in an accident last week and my insurance covers a rental vehicle but because I don't have a credit card in my name they will not rent me a vehicle. I was told by icbc that if I put my friend on my insurance that she should be able to use her credit card but they only will allow it if she drives the vehicle. My friend doesn't even live in port alberni. Budget is a rip off why pay the extra for rentals if they won't allow you to rent without a credit card not everyone has credit cards
I can't say enough good things about Budget Port Alberni..in particular James was the man who's customer service is stellar! I will never rent from another company ever again and I highly recommend everyone to use the budget services to make your moving less stressful. Thank you James 🙏🏻🙏🏻
