Rude and unhelpful customer service representative, when you put something in small fine print at the bottom of a long document, at least have the training to your staff to help solve an issue rather than pile on.
I was in an accident last week and my insurance covers a rental vehicle but because I don't have a credit card in my name they will not rent me a vehicle. I was told by icbc that if I put my friend on my insurance that she should be able to use her credit card but they only will allow it if she drives the vehicle. My friend doesn't even live in port alberni. Budget is a rip off why pay the extra for rentals if they won't allow you to rent without a credit card not everyone has credit cards
