Just rented from this location for 1 week. The staff were friendly and professional, no sneaky extra charges, everything was well explained and they even upgraded me for no additional cost to an F-150. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I can unequivocally state my experience was first rate and I give them 10/10 and A+++++++ rating. Thanks for making this a stress-free experience and will rent from you again on my net trip.

Wasn't pleased with the service desk staff. He didnt even bothered to explain terms, especially the 200km limit per day. Also booked a bigger better SUV but wheat we got was a lesser Ford Bronco.

Smooth and easy experience with this location. Friendly employees and good reliable car. Served us well in Whitehorse and around, took us with no problem to Skagway and back, and then around Klondike - Kluane loop. Yukon is great! When I’m back, I’ll rent from Budget again!

Nous avons loué un 8 passagers, mais à l’arrivée nous avons eu un 7 passagers. Malgré plusieurs démarches, aucune compensation possible.

9月の中旬に旅行直前にインターネットで5泊6日で探しましたが、車が見つからず2日目から4泊5日分のレンタカー探しました。車が不足してるため空港では借りれず、ダウンタウンオフィスで借りました。ダウンタウンオフィスでは女性１人が対応してました。Liability Waiver（LDW）に加入したいと言うと、LDWは提供してません。事故を起こしたら自己責任で全額賠償してくださいと言われたのですが、レンタカーは法律でLDWは義務付けられてるのでは？仕方なくCollision WaiverとWindshield Protectionだけ加入して、超安全運転しました。 保険加入希望者にも無保険のままレンタカーって貸し出すものなのでしょうか？ 車が常に不足してるのは理解しましたが、LDW加入が出来ないと、外国人は旅行出来ないので、理由を説明してくれると助かります。
