Smooth and easy experience with this location. Friendly employees and good reliable car. Served us well in Whitehorse and around, took us with no problem to Skagway and back, and then around Klondike - Kluane loop. Yukon is great! When I’m back, I’ll rent from Budget again!
Nous avons loué un 8 passagers, mais à l’arrivée nous avons eu un 7 passagers. Malgré plusieurs démarches, aucune compensation possible.
9月の中旬に旅行直前にインターネットで5泊6日で探しましたが、車が見つからず2日目から4泊5日分のレンタカー探しました。車が不足してるため空港では借りれず、ダウンタウンオフィスで借りました。ダウンタウンオフィスでは女性１人が対応してました。Liability Waiver（LDW）に加入したいと言うと、LDWは提供してません。事故を起こしたら自己責任で全額賠償してくださいと言われたのですが、レンタカーは法律でLDWは義務付けられてるのでは？仕方なくCollision WaiverとWindshield Protectionだけ加入して、超安全運転しました。 保険加入希望者にも無保険のままレンタカーって貸し出すものなのでしょうか？ 車が常に不足してるのは理解しましたが、LDW加入が出来ないと、外国人は旅行出来ないので、理由を説明してくれると助かります。

ILLEGAL & DISHONEST PRACTICES They will charge you 1500$ for going on the Dempster Highway. You will only find out about this fee when you pick up your car, since it is hidden away in the end of the Terms & Conditions in a subsection entitled "Travel Into Other Countries"... Last time I checked the north of Yukon is still located in Canada!!! AVOID
