I had a very disappointing experience regarding Budget's insurance policy at this location. I paid $40/day for insurance online, which is already quite high, only to find out at the counter that I am still responsible for any damage under $5,000. We had a terrible experience with them. On 24th December, just before our flight to Whitehorse, I got a call from Budget and they canceled my reservation due to bad weather. Apparently, many of their cars had broken down which was btw true. But when we reached, at the airport location they said that they were giving out cars on a daily basis which later on the downtown location person denied. One of them definitely gave us wrong info. It was the best experience I have ever had with a rental company! It was really amazing, they are kind, super helpful, attentive, honest and made out rental smooth. We had some problems and they were really fast to help us out!
