Small location, easy rental experience.

Was worried by bad reviews, but got a fine car quickly and with no issues. Talked to the clerk who said they have little control over their fleet. For example corporate came and collected most of their stock without notice to service the demand in San Francisco during Super Bowl week. Be wary if there is a big west coast event during your planned travel.

If you're flying into Crescent City (Del Norte County Regional Airport) and need a rental car, do NOT trust Budget or Avis at this location. I am writing this review to prevent anyone else from enduring the complete nightmare I experienced. My multi-day trip was entirely derailed due to the utter unreliability of these companies.
