During our visit to the area we rented from Budget at the Hamilton Airport. The vehicle we had booked was not available when we arrived, but the gentleman at the desk provided us with an upgrade at no extra cost. They provided excellent service, were very fast, and friendly. All costs were upfront, nothing hidden. Be sure to fuel up before returning vehicles, as they do charge quite a bit per litre if you don’t. There’s a gas station just up the street from the Airport. I had great experience working with them. Md Ishfaq was good in serving me on June 21st. The car got broken the other day and they replaced that for me. They should consider offerring newer car to the customers.

Extremely unprofessional. Rented a car for 7 am pick up at the Hamilton airport and no one was there. Called the international line and they could not say anything other than they should be there. Finally called the other mount hope location to have a complelty uncaring manager named Lake who said they don’t open for the assigned hours they only come for the flights. This is our first time renting a car on budget company. Ish assisted us with delight and outmost courtesy making our visit fast and convenient. Explained everything in details and every question we ask was answered in a well mannered and respectful way. Job well done on fast efficient and effective service. Absolutely will go back to Budget at this site next time. I hope all rental service will have the same way of service we've experienced in this site.
