I rented at budget for our trip in August. We dealt with several staff and they were are all amazing there- very pleasant, helpful and go beyond to make it a good experience. I dealt with Dawn (spelling?) the most and she was amazing at helping me when we got a flat tire on our trip far away from the airport and were stressed.

First time I arrive at a counter, and the lovely person actually know who I am (guessed who I was from the small bookings during the day ) , service was excellent, the person very welcoming. Car was right outside the airport. Loved the experience all the way

I would like to express my concern regarding the recent interaction with your team after returning the rental car to Budget early in the morning. Since no representative was present to receive the keys, we left the vehicle and dropped the keys in a key drop. However, a few hours later, we received a call from a representative who immediately questioned how we had managed to get a chip in the window, implying that we might be aware of the damage. They said that the car had a few scratches. It turned out that it had scratches all over it, so we were concerned that they would blame us the whole time we had it. They were going to charge way more than the quote when we booked, but then the lady at the counter fixed a few things, and then the price came down to what we had anticipated. Also, when we got the bill, they had charged more for the gas than we were told.
