Possibly the best car rental experience I've ever had! Super friendly staff! They gave me an upgraded car at no extra cost when I realised the car I rented had no Android Auto. They also added my wife as a driver at no extra cost and allowed me to drop off at a different location for only $75.
The process was incredibly easy! Budget, and the incredibly kind, positive staff person saved my day. The rates are good, and paying was easy (a different rental agency left me stranded, they wouldn’t use my credit card as it wasn’t from a major institution). Thank you so much for your compassion, Courtney! You are wonderful to deal with!
