Great staff and location. We needed a car to get from Nanaimo to Tofino. We got a pickup at the Hullo ferry from Ashyn (sp?) who was very helpful. Checkin with another individual (didn’t get his name) was quick and he was very helpful walking us through the car functionality. We would rent from them again.
Ashin was very nice and helpful. The other staffs were also friendly. They offer pick up and drop off shuttle in the neighborhood area. Definitely recommended!

Booked online to get a car after flight , due to to policy they would not marry my Credit Card to my wife’s driver license ( both were in person and I don’t drive.). 0 Stars
