I had an exceptional experience with Budget in Nanaimo. The staff was amazingly friendly, with zero pressure to buy extra insurance or add-ons. The vehicle was brought right around to the front in flawless condition. Due to a tight schedule, dropping off at a different location was completely hassle-free. Unfortunately I was was not able to return the car with a full tank, however their refilling charge for the rest was fair - just an extra $1.00 per liter over the standard rate.
