Walked in without booking and got a Toyota Cross with great help from Courtney!! She was patient in showing me the vehicles available and going through the contract. Her colleague Erfan meanwhile took time to help me to familiarize with the various gadgets of the vehicle. Such a warm, smooth, pleasant experience!!
Really smooth experience! This location has a shuttle, which is super convenient if you're arriving or departing by ferry. You can give them a call and organize the shuttle in advance as well. Upon arrival, the attendant at the counter was very accommodating when I requested a car below $50k (to accommodate my insurance policy coverages), did not try to upsell on any add-ons, and answered any questions I had. We had an excellent experience with Budget car rental. The Pickup was clean and reliable. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. A special shout-out to Nana, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. She made everything smooth and went the extra mile to ensure we were fully satisfied. The service was amazing, we had a couple of concerns regarding our rental car & the staff was able to address them in a professional manner, time efficient & provided us shuttle service to the ferry terminal after drop off. Highly recommended🫶
