Mari, helped with my rental. She was very courteous, efficient and professional.. I will be returning to that location due to get wonderful customer service.. Every customer that went to that counter was met with a smile at my pick up and return of the vehicle..

I had a reservation for 5 pm drove for an hour got here at avp scranton/wilkes barre pa at 4:30 pm just so they can tell me they didn’t have a car to give me worse rental place ever

DO NOT EVER USE GAVE CAR AWAY AND REFUSED REFUND. Waiting an amount of time,extending over one hour to handle seven people, just to be told that they don't have my car and have no clue when they would have it. They then refused to refund me because "it's the day after Christmas" (it wasn't). Really terrible experience will not use this service ever again, I am a young man and I am looking forward to NEVER giving my money to this abysmal company again. Hopefully I live to 100 so the impact is maximal.

ZERO STARS!! Walk!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They charge for extra things. They falsely accuse things. NIGHTMARE!!!! Edit: A month later and this company is continuing to falsely accuse me of totaling a vehicle I didn't even rent. (Over $16,000) My insurance company is now involved and fighting the case. They have charged my credit card over $600 for another vehicle I didn't have, saying I called roadside assistance. "Customer service" just gives case numbers but literally have done nothing about it.
