The lady who works there was EXTREMELY unhelpful, rude and dismissive! They gave us the wrong car to start with, then proceeded to leave us standing around while they served every other customer despite us being there before they opened to change the car. Do not recommend!
Excellent service . Helped us out of a very stressful situation this morning .
Cancelled flights almost spoiled our holiday, but Budget Banff came to our rescue helping us amend our hire car booking to alternate airport drop off. Great, honest service and outstanding commitment to problem solving. Thank you!
