We’ve had such a great experience with this rental company for the past year we’ve lived in Banff, and a huge part of that is because of Deep! He has consistently gone above and beyond to help us every time we’ve needed it. He is in incredibly kind and has always been helpful to us. He always makes the process so smooth and easy! We’re very thankful for all the hard work and excellent service he has provided to us while living in Banff! Thanks so much Deep!

Every experience at Budget in Banff has been amazing! We have rented several cars and they have always been clean and in excellent condition. Deep has always been professional, efficient and has great customer service skills! The experience we have have received at Budget Banff is not something I have ever seen with another rental company. Massive thanks to Deep and his team for providing an excellent service to the tourists and locals of Banff!

The staff at the counter was unhelpful, rude, and showed a poor attitude throughout the interaction. There was no clear explanation of charges or the process. I was asked to insert my credit card into the terminal without any prior explanation, and only after noticing a CAD 700 charge on the screen and asking about it was I told it was a deposit. I am a regular customer at this Banff location, but this recent experience has been completely unacceptable. I returned my rental car and dropped the keys/documents in the key box on the NIGHT of March 29th, well within the 24-hour limit. However, the staff did not process the check-in until 2:18 PM on March 30th. Because of THEIR delay, I was wrongly charged for an extra day of rental and LDW insurance.
