I wasted an hour at this Budget location, only to be told they didn’t have a single car available. They just said, “Try to find a car at another Budget.” We had to spend $30 on a taxi and pay extra for a different car at another Budget location. If you don’t want to waste your time, money, and nerves — stay away from this Budget.
Bad customer service. We had a reservation but they didn’t have a car. We had to solve their problem ourselves. We had to call to another budget location. We had to spend extra money for uber to get to another budget location, pay extra for another car. The representative was absolutely useless
I’ve recently purchased a rental with this company and let me just say my experience was amazing, clean car & great customer service a young lady by the name jaultiana was very patient and reasonable
