I reserved my rental car several weeks in advance and pre-paid. The morning of my reservation, I received a call stating that the car I rented isn't there, and that it might be available later in the afternoon, but she was unable to tell me what time. No help was offered, other than a much smaller vehicle that wouldn't suffice for my trip. I even suggested that they send someone from the store to pick it up and try to save the sale... she didnt even try to keep my business. I wasted an hour at this Budget location, only to be told they didn’t have a single car available. They just said, “Try to find a car at another Budget.” We had to spend $30 on a taxi and pay extra for a different car at another Budget location. If you don’t want to waste your time, money, and nerves — stay away from this Budget.

Bad customer service. We had a reservation but they didn’t have a car. We had to solve their problem ourselves. We had to call to another budget location. We had to spend extra money for uber to get to another budget location, pay extra for another car. The representative was absolutely useless
