This rental game is a scam. They accepted my card for the prepayment but didn't accept it for rental. Even though i showed her i have the money in my bank. Because that's my no fee online bank card. They need to have that posted on the site for you put your card in so that way you're not out your $50. You lose your $50 if you cancel. Even though I was willing to pay I had the money in my bank but they did not accept my card I didn't cancel they did so I'm still out $50.i claim scam for those who don't have regular credit car... read more

Had a great rental experience e with this office in Magnolia, on FM 1488! Will be back!
I arrived at 12:00 to pick up my car. My car hadn’t arrived and the two ladies working weren’t apologetic or helpful. They made excuses that it was spring break and the delivery was probably on its way. They had no estimate when it would arrive. If I had another option at this point, I would go somewhere else.
