I arrived at 12:00 to pick up my car. My car hadn’t arrived and the two ladies working weren’t apologetic or helpful. They made excuses that it was spring break and the delivery was probably on its way. They had no estimate when it would arrive. If I had another option at this point, I would go somewhere else.
I recently rented a car from Budget and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by Amy. She was incredibly nice, super friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Thanks to her help, the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Budget, and especially Amy, for anyone looking for a great car rental experience!
